Hampshire Press and Trojan Mailing provide work-based training opportunities for people with learning difficulties and mental health problems and work in partnership with FNTC Training to offer apprenticeships.

We put in place a structured hierarchy, with team leaders and floor managers. This team comprises of our trainees. This enables some to experience a high-degree of responsibility, and others to learn, and understand, how to take direction.

Our trainees undertake work that would normally be done by machine fulfilment allows them to work on tasks that are relatively simple, but which are productive. We have machines in place for larger jobs, which are managed by our full-time employees.

Those that want more responsibility will become team leaders and floor managers, and will carry our more complex tasks, such as job preparation.
